The Stonewood Corporate Center offers three different office options to perfectly meet your business needs. All three office buildings offer different suite and office sizes for any situation your business may have. The newest building, Stonewood III, features stone and stucco exterior, a dramatic foyer and the options for upscale interior finishes. These features all complement the Germanic architecture of the building.
Stonewood II has a large range of suite sizes from a single office to 4,000+ square feet, while the third building, Stonewood I, has over thirty single offices with access to both a copier and conference room.
Lease rates in all buildings include all triple net charges including utilities, insurance, real estate taxes, trash collection, snow removal, and landscaping. The benefit of our buildings, unlike many other office spaces, at Stonewood Corporate Center, you only pay for the space you occupy and are not charged for the common areas such as halls, restrooms, and lobbies.
