RESIDENT SERVICES PORTAL
changes are coming over the next few
months to JBJ, the first new item is
for our residential tenants. We have
launched a new Resident Services
portal that will allow you to have a
secure connection right to JBJ
Companies. This new feature will
include an online payment center and
maintenance request/status page.

tenants will need to setup a login
and password using the information
in the letter e-mailed to you. If
you have any questions setting up
your account please call our office.
Once your account is setup you can
begin submitting your maintenance
requests and making payments online.
Please note that our policies will
be changing in the next few months
and we will no longer except
payments via check or cash. All
payments will need to be made
through your Resident Services
portal or via an in-person payment
center which will be launching soon.
