2017-2018 Snow Season Notice

The 2017-2018 Snow Season is here and we want to remind all residents:

  • J.B.J. Properties hires a local contractor for snow removal.

  • Our contractor has multiple locations to service and your apartment complex is one of their many stops.

  • In large snow storms, snow removal is a 2-step process that will end with a final clean-up usually the next day.

We need all residents to please...

  • BE PATIENT!! This is Wisconsin and the weather is unpredictable.

  • Move your vehicle! If you want your parking stall plowed efficiently you must move your vehicle while the parking lot is being plowed.

  • Watch out for strong winds! Wisconsin winds can make the snow drift onto the sidewalks in no time and make it seem like they were not shoveled.

  • If you have no heat please call IMMEDIATELY (Monday thru Friday, before 3:00 pm, if at all possible). Our heating contractor services many locations and has limited availability on evenings and weekends. Don't be left in teh cold by waiting to notify us.

Don't Forget...

  • Purchase Deicer for your locks (door, mailbox, car, etc.)

  • Turn on the heat by your entry door to help prevent pipes from freezing.

  • Put trash cans and recycle totes back in your garage within 24 hours so they do not get damaged or blown away.

  • In case of an emergency, have a shovel on hand.

  • Have extra warm batteries for your garage keypads and remotes.

  • Keep your garage remote with you so the battery does not freeze.

J.B.J. Properties Smoking Policy Change

After careful consideration, J.B.J. Properties has decided to change the smoking policy at all of our apartment complexes. Starting with your upcoming lease renewal, the policy will be as follows:

No Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed in any building, apartment unit, garage, and/or storage locker. Smoking is allowed outside of the building, including on patios and balconies. 

When you renew your lease, you will be required to sign new Rules and Regulations which will include the new no smoking policy. If you have any questions on the new policy please contact Property Management Director, Ronda Eckhardt at 262-255-1800 x102. Thank you.

J.B.J. Properties Now Accepts Credit Cards!!

If you would like to pay online via credit card or electronic check, J.B.J. Properties now offers the services of PayLease. Click the link below to register and make a one-time payment or set-up an AutoPay. Please note that PayLease does charge a processing fee for all transactions.

PayLease is now offering the option to make your payment using PayPal. 
PayPal lets residents complete payment transactions quickly and easily on a PC, smartphone, or tablet, and enjoy a similar payment experience across channels. Residents will just need to enter their PayPal credentials when prompted during the payment process.
