Properties Smoking Policy Change

Properties has decided to change the
smoking policy at all of our
apartment complexes. Starting with
your upcoming lease renewal, the
policy will be as follows:
Smoking Policy: Smoking is not
allowed in any building, apartment
unit, garage, and/or storage locker.
Smoking is allowed outside of the
building, including on patios and
you renew your lease, you will be
required to sign new Rules and
Regulations which will include the
